11" CUSTOM 1950's Style Italian Classic "Frosolone Style" Handmade by Renzo Pascotto with Crosscut Mammoth Ivory, Hand File Work and Pearl Bottom Bolsters by AIK

Features a 5" Mirror Polished Bayonet Styled Blade made of 440 Stainless and honed to a fine edge. Heavy Duty Picklock Classic measures 11" overall open. Measures 6" closed. Super Heavy Duty Piece with an extra thick (5mm) backspring, blade, and kickspring. When measured with the brass liners the backspring is 1/4" thick! Brass Liners are accented with Hand File Work.

Crosscut Mammoth Ivory Handles feature some unique coloring = (blue, red, tan, brown, & black) that resembles a "1950's" style look and are secured with 24kt Gold Plated Screws.  Traditional Nickel Silver Sliding safety with extra heavy, brass lined Nickel Silver Bolsters .  Nickel Silver Bolsters are Hand Milgrained. Genuine Mother of Pearl Bottom Bolsters. These knives are handmade and assembled the old way by master maker Renzo Pascotto, (Maniago, Italy). File Work and Milgraine Detailing and Handles are hand done by AIK! 

The kick spring (leaf spring) is a "slip-in" style, ( like the models from the 50's). Features excellent  action with rock solid lockup. This is a "one of a kind" that you will not find anywhere else. A superb piece for the finest collection. 

Blade is marked on the tang "Pascotto Renzo" in script and "MANIAGO ITALY". Picklock design; means you must take your index finger and thumb and pull back where the blade locks to unlock it, (most modern classics have a swivel bolster release design). (Older Model classics featured the Picklock design closure).
