RARE Original Vintage VENEZIA ITALY 50's era Italian RING PULL Switchblade Classic with original Buffalo Horn Handles and a Flat Ground Blade with a Swedge Grind

Rare example of an vintage Italian. Measures 11" overall open. Tang is marked "VENEZIA" with the city in the background. Backside of the tang is marked "PATENT 35958 INOX".  Features Brass lined nickel silver bolsters with fast auto action and rock-solid lockup. Excellent condition. Nice Horn Handles are mostly black with a little whiff of color toward the top on the both sides. Button is located midway down on the handle (lower than on most vintage Italian switchblades). 

Mirror Polished Blade measures 5" and has a "swedge" grind on the top edge. Ring Pull design operates the same as a picklock and pulls on the backspring to unlock the blade. Safety works and is tight. Nickel Silver Bolsters. Drop in kick spring. 

Features a thicker backspring, blade, and kickspring (4mm thick). Measures 6" closed. Weighs 4.5 oz. A fine example of a rare vintage Italian classic. (If you collect the vintage Italians by Tang Stamp "VENEZIA" is a rare one, most often seen on smaller keychain models, extremely rare on larger models); in addition it is marked "PATENT 35958 INOX", on the backside which you often see on early LATAMA brand models, especially with the KRIS (wavy blade).  Includes a custom zippered pouch.
