 Superb Design from Benchmade's HUNT Series of Hunting. Fishing and Survival knives. The full tang MEATCRAFTER features a 6" Satin Finished Trailing Point Blade made of razor sharp CPM-154 Stainless. (CPM is the powder-metal version of conventional 154CM steel has a much finer microstructure with smaller carbide particles than its counterpart resulting in improved toughness and strength)  Measures 11" Overall.  True to it's name the MEATCRAFTER would be a superb choice for a skinner/slicer in the home or in the field. The Trailing Point style blade features the spine of the blade curving upward to create an elevated point that typically higher than the handle, perfect for all of your slicing tasks like fileting fish or slicing meat! (Hence the Meatcrafter name!)

Features Benchmade’s SelectEdge technology, the 28-degree inclusive edge angle on the blade provides the perfect balance and sharp edge with carefully engineered blade flex. Handles are Dark Olive Green Santoprene (rubberized) Handles with a lanyard hole at the base . Extremely comfortable contoured Handles .  Two piece Kydex sheath (Benchmade calls it a "Boltaron" sheath), is solid orange.
