 "Pick-Lock" closing, (means you must use your index finger and thumb and "pull back" on the backspring to release the locking blade), is the same closing mechanism used on the early original model. Heavy Duty Sliding Nickel Silver Safety. 24kt Gold Plated Screws.                         

3 1/4" Mirror Polished "Turkish" clip point blade features 440-C Stainless.  Measures 4 1/2" closed. Extra fast action with rock-solid lockup. Beautiful handles with a light grain.
