Very Early (1982) Production TAYLOR CUTLERY "THUNDER BOLT II" Dagger.

This is a very early production (1982) piece from Taylor Cutlery. Made in Japan it is a nice quality piece. Measures 6 3/4" overall with a 3 1/4" sharpened double edge blade that is etched "THUNDER BOLT II". Tang is marked "TAYLOR CUTLERY SURGICAL JAPAN 1982 S.A.T." (The S.A.T. stands for Stewart A. Taylor who owned Taylor Cutlery at the time).

One solid piece stainless construction. Includes a "leather sheath" with a belt/boot clip on the backside. Made in Seki Japan. Handles feature "cutouts" designed for practical use as a wrench and also acts as a weight reduction and as an aid for a superb grip. Quality is superb. Mint piece.
