 CUSTOM 1950's Style 10"/25cm Italian Classic "Picklock" Handmade by Renzo Pascotto and Customized by AIK with Ancient Mammoth Molar and Hand File Work.

Features a 4 3/8" Mirror Polished BAYONET Styled Blade. Unusual Sized Classic measures 9 3/4" overall open; (25cm).  5 3/8" closed. Super Heavy Duty Piece with an extra thick 5mm  backspring, blade, and kickspring. When measured with the brass liners the backspring is more than 1/4" thick! 

Traditional Sliding safety with extra heavy nickel silver, brass lined bolsters.. These knives are hand-made and assembled the old way by Renzo Pascotto and Customized by AIK. The kick spring is a "slip-in" style. Features superb action with solid lockup.

Blade is marked on the tang "RENZO PASCOTTO MANIAGO ITALY". Picklock design; means you must take your index finger and thumb and pull back where the blade locks to unlock it, (most modern classics have a swivel bolster release design).(Older Model classics featured the Picklock design closure). This is one of the finest quality Italian Classics constructed. You don't see Pascotto's name on this size Italian very often.

Mammoth Molar Handles = (is the actual fossilized tooth of the extinct Woolly Mammoth), is finished with 24kt Gold Plated Screws and extends to the bottom of the handles. Hand File Worked Liners.  Includes a deluxe zippered pouch. One of a kind Italian Classic for the finest collection!  Includes a signed Certificate of Authenticity from AIK!
